Eligibility for Cancellations
Order Cancellations: When a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, an order cannot be canceled. However, when you have not accessed it yet, you can request for cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
Digital Products: Since the content is digital, cancellations will only take place when the product fails to describe or is of no use to its purpose.
Refund Policy :We do refund based on the following;
Incorrect Purchase: If you have purchased the wrong product, you are expected to inform us within 24 hours for a refund.
Defective Content: If the product has a problem or is faulty, and it fails to act in the way you anticipated, you can ask for a refund. You need to present evidence of the issue, which can be in the form of a screenshot or an error message.
No Refund on Downloads: There will be no reimbursement upon download for a product unless it is proven to be defective.
Processing Time :
Refunds are processed through Razorpay within 7-10 working days. Depending on which bank you have it may take another 3-5 days to actually show up in your account.
